This privacy statement applies to all privacy-sensitive information or personal data that you provide to us, for example by means of a registration form, contact form or orders that you place or data that you submit by mail or by telephone. 2. Purpose of and bases for processing Personal Data
By agreeing to this privacy statement you explicitly consent, within the meaning of Article 6 paragraph 1 under a of the GDPR, to the processing of your personal data for the purposes specified below. You may withdraw this consent at any time. However, if you do not provide certain data to us or do not let us process certain data, we may not be able to be of good service to you.
If you have not explicitly consented to the processing of your personal data or if you have withdrawn this consent, the bases of Article 6 paragraph 1 under b, under c and/or under f of the GDPR may apply to the processing of your personal data. In order to make sure that it is you who submitted the request for access, please include a copy of your identity document with your request. Please block out your passport photo, MRZ (machine-readable zone, the section with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN) on this copy. We aim to process your request within 20 working days and would like to draw your attention to the option of submitting a complaint to the national supervisor, the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Dutch DPA).
